Customer service:
We personally answer every telephone call live during normal business hours. We never put our phones into voicemail or forward them to an answering service during those hours. You will be served either by the President or the General Manager of Infinity Limousine. When not in the office, at least one of the two of us is always available to you evenings, weekends and holidays if you need us. This insures that you will always be able talk to someone who is committed to serving you, is knowledgeable and has the authority to solve your problem. In addition, we both carry a smartphone with which we are able to monitor our email after hours and provide a timely response.
Chauffeurs:
The most important people in our company are our executive chauffeurs and the single most important decision we make are who we select for that position. Every one of them has undergone extensive scrutiny and orientation before we assign them to drive you. They are first subject to an examination of their driving history, a criminal background check and a drug screen. After having done that, they are put through an orientation period where they learn our standards and procedures. Then they are first given relatively short sedan runs for parties of one or two and gradually build up to do longer, more complex runs involving larger parties. This insures that you will be taken care of by a high quality individual who is prepared to meet and exceed your expectations. Most of our chauffeurs have been with us five years or longer, with many having been here well over seven years. In the limousine industry as a whole, this level of retention is virtually unheard of and is a reason for our consistency as well as a reflection thereof.

We’re not perfect, but as close as you can get. Incredibly, we’ve performed over 11,000 trips in a row now in which a passenger with a confirmed reservation arrived at their destination either on time or ahead of time.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We always suggest that you make a reservation as soon as you know you want to
use our service. Our schedule is on a "first come, first served" basis, and once
filled we shut the date down. Weekends always fill up quickly.
2. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
Amex, and Discover). We always require a credit card on file as back up. For all
services, except prom and wedding, we do not charge your credit card until after
we have performed the service.
3. How will I find my driver?
When arriving at an airport:
Driver will be holding a sign that has passenger’s last name in large block letters.
For domestic flights:
Look for your driver upon exiting the escalator or elevator on baggage claim level.
For international flights:
Look for driver in the terminal greeting area after exiting customs.
If you do not see your driver:
Please stay inside the terminal and call the office. Please do not go outside to
look for your driver. We meet our passengers inside the terminal building and
then escort you to the parking area, load your luggage for you and bring you to
your destination.

If using a pay phone, please call 1-877-685-4333. This call is toll free. No need
for coins or a calling card.
When arriving at a cruise terminal:
Driver will coordinate pickup with you via cell phone. Please provide Infinity with
a cell phone number at the time the reservation is made. Your driver will
normally call you on that phone when he arrives at the cruise terminal on the day
of your arrival. If you do not hear from the driver, please call 610-685-4333
and we will assist you.
4. How does driver gratuity work?
· Proms: price quoted includes gratuity
· Weddings: 15% gratuity will be added to the quoted wedding package price
· Other trips: price quoted does not include the customary 15% - 20% gratuity.
You have the option of either adding gratuity to your bill or keeping it off and
giving a cash gratuity directly to your driver.
5. Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?
We have a strict no smoking policy.
6. Can I see the vehicle before I make a reservation?
We would love to meet you and show our vehicles before you make a reservation.
Be wary of companies that seem reluctant to allow this. A limousine should be up
to date and well maintained. Some companies do have high mileage
equipment that is 9 years or more old and that may not otherwise meet your
expectations.
7. What else can you tell me about your company?
We are the leading full service transportation company in Berks County. We are
fully insured and licensed by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission
(#A-00123336) and the US Department of Transportation. We are members of
the National Limousine Association and Philadelphia Regional Limousine
Association. We are the only transportation company in Berks County Approved
